Dr. Phillips is a Board-Certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. For more than 20 years, Dr. Phillips has been practicing in the Washington DC Metro Area. Prior to entering private practice, Dr. Phillips returned to his “alma mater”, Howard University, where he served as an Assistant Professor in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. His particular interests were in the field of Spinal cord injuries, neuropathy and cerebrovascular accidents.
Currently, Dr. Phillips’ interest in musculoskeletal injuries have led him to establish treatment protocols for arthritis, fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis. He also serves as a medical provider to locale college and university athletes. In his spare time, Dr. Phillips is an avid outdoorsman. He spends his time with his wife and son playing soccer and biking.
Dr. David Oria is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Recently, he led the neuro-rehabilitation department at Georgetown/National Rehabilitation Hospital as the Brain Injury Medicine Fellow.
Dr. Oria is an enthusiastic and efficient physician with extensive experience in brain injury medicine. His expertise and interests are in concussion, stroke, spasticity & headache management. At Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Dr. Oria led the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency program as Chief Resident where he spearheaded medical care across all subspecialties of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation including neuro-rehabilitation, orthopaedic rehabilitation and neuromuscular disease.
Dr. Oria has also coordinated medical outreach programs throughout the United States; and in Mexico City and Tijuana, Mexico. In his free time, Dr. Oria and his wife enjoy traveling, volleyball and participating in intramural sports. He is actively involved in his church community, serving as President of the Christian Family Organization.
Dr. Darlene Jones is a Board Certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. For more than 25 years, Dr. Jones has focused her medical care on recovery with a focus on functional medicine. She has developed hands-on techniques to help her patients achieve the highest level of function, independence and quality of life despite injury or disease. Dr. Jones has successfully established treatment protocols and rehabilitation programs, delivering quality care within the fields of acute and chronic pain, women’s pain, functional and integrative medicine and musculoskeletal pain to name a few.
She has extensive experience and training throughout the East coast of the US as well as having served as a medical missionary in Accrue Ghana. In her free time, Dr. Jones enjoys spending her time with her daughter in Washington DC.
Ace Garcia has been providing patient care for more than 18 years; he's been a part of the Nat'l Medical Rehabilitation family since its early days in Temple Hills Maryland. Ace's interest in the musculoskeletal system concentrates on dysfunction of physical capacity and movement. He is a passionate educator who patiently develops custom treatment plans for his patients and is happy
In his free time, Ace enjoys spending time with his wife and children, along with a passion for music and audio engineering.
Ernesto or "Ernie" has worked with Nat'l Medical Rehabilitation since Dr Ignacio opened his first practice in the mid-90's. For more than 25 years, Ernesto has become an expert in rehabilitation care, manipulation of muscle and soft tissue to alleviate pain due to muscle spasms tension and tension. In his spare time, Ernesto enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing outdoors.
